My team and I had the pleasure of attending a very well organized open house in Kingsbridge Subdivision in Hubert, NC this afternoon hosted by Brittany Spencer of Neighborhood Homes & Realty, Inc. There are 24 homes for sale in Kingsbridge Subdivision and 4 vacant lots for sale. These homes were all new construction built by Northern Investors Group, LLC. I personally have had the pleasure with working with this builder in the past as he has built homes for buyer clients of mine. Each time I have worked with him, the quality of construction has been superb and the customer service above excellence!

Kingsbridge Subdivision is located in a very quiet part of Hubert, North Carolina just off of Queens Creek Road. What I love about this area is that is very close to Bear Island, an area that my family and me LOVE to visit by taking a ferry or kayak to on a warm summer day. It is also a wonderful place to go camping overnight!

My little one and youngest of three daughters graced us all with her presence at the open house in Kingsbridge Subdivision today. The theme was a Luau, complete with the most amazing pineapple coleslaw I have ever had! Bella enjoyed the flower leis and made her own little haiku, flaunting her ability to sell homes with utter cuteness. I have to say, she is my future REALTOR in training!

What I really loved about the new construction homes we viewed today in Kingsbridge Subdivision was the attention to detail that this builder has shown, such as the beautiful tile back splash, recessed lighting, fenced-in back yard as a standard feature, and beautiful cabinetry.
