Realtors at Choice Jacksonville Realty. Yesterday I had the pleasure of viewing
27 Warlick Street Jacksonville, NC which is on the market for sale for $137,500. I was really excited to see this home because I just LOVE how great downtown Jacksonville is looking these days!
I decided to do a little video tour of this home because I really believe it's going to make a great home for someone who only wants a mortgage payment around $875 per month.** My daughter and her fiance will be getting married this December, and as I was walking through 27 Warlick Street, all I could think about was how perfect this home would be for her and Sean as newlyweds.
My breath was taken away as I pulled up to the home and saw all of the Dogwood trees in bloom in front of the American flag waving in the wind. This home has such a classic look and feel about it, inside and out. The hardwood floors are the original from when the house was built in 1949, however they look amazing! The living room was such a great size, and in the back of the home, there was an additional family/entertainment room. There was a bedroom on the first floor that can be used as a master bedroom OR a guest room with a full bath in the hall. The home was painted in a very nice neutral color, so matching furniture and decor would not be a problem.
Having kids, one thing I really loved about this home is that it's just a short walk to Wilson Bay Park with a playground and a dock. My husband and I used to put our boat in over there, and it's so pretty that we decided to take Kylee's prom pictures there when she was in high school.

So to sum it up,
27 Warlick Street is really going to make someone a fantastic home and/or investment really soon. I do not foresee this home being on the market in Jacksonville, NC for too long.
